Thank you for your patience as we finalize details for our 29th Annual Miller Club Vintage Indy Car event which for the 2nd year in a row will be held at the Indianapolis Raceway Park (IRP) on June 21-22, 2024.

Event Registration/Vehicle Application forms were mailed to all current members on Monday March 11 and provide additional details for the weekend events. The single page event application, which also includes a membership dues renewal is also available here 

There are two host hotels this year:

1)     The Courtyard by Marriott Speedway at a rate of $224 per night (same hotel as last year), located at 6315 Crawfordsville Road Speedway, IN 46224. The phone number is (317) 396-6600 or you can go online and register via this link: Courtyard by Marriott online reservation

2)     The Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis West Speedway at a rate of $234 per night (this will be the location of our Friday night Banquet), located across the street from the Courtyard by Marriott at 2608 Founders Square Dr. Speedway, IN 46224. Please be sure to mention HARRY MILLER CLUB when calling for your hotel room reservations.  

The price per track vehicle remains $600 per car and we have added a ‘static’ car fee of $250 per car for those who wish to simply display their vehicles/no track time.

Requirements for applying with your vehicle are included in the application form.

Some helpful details as you begin to plan for this year’s event.

Thursday June 20, 2024/Arrival

·      Trailers load in begins at 11:00am until 5:00pm. 

·      The Welcome BBQ begins at 6pm will be held at the IRP headquarters, next to the track. 

Friday June 21, 2024/Track Day

·      Track access/trailer load in begins at 8:00am

·      Driver meeting will be held at 9:00am

·      Track time will be 10:00am to 4:00pm

·      Friday night’s sit-down Dinner Banquet and Silent Auction will be held at the Hampton Inn & Suites (one of the two host hotels) with a cash bar/appetizers and silent auction starting at 5:30pm, followed by dinner and presentation at 6:30pm.

Saturday June 23, 2024/Track Day

·      Track access begins at 8:00am

·      Driver meeting will be held at 9:00am

·      Driver/car photo will be at 9:30am on track

·      Track time will be 10:00am to 4:00pm
